That was second to none and good quality hotel set in nice quiet area, so close to the cliffs of the beach, the number 6 bus stop and lapad beach with lots of restaurants.

i loved the hotel, it's second to none and high-class and the location is decent on the "beach ". the a double room was nicely decorated, included a shower, hairdryers and terry cloth robes.

Top-class lovely romantic rooms with fantastic views of the sea and available amenities, and central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. Unbeatable and excellent location in a nice quiet area near a museum and a church.

Great place with friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar lounge. They even helped me with local taxi tips my first stay. Great experience! I'm coming back for a weekend.

The location of the hotel is lovely and incredible, to Lokrun island which was really beautiful and near a bus station. The double room is high standard with a terrace, an amazing view, for example. It has amazingly attentive and helpful staff team at reception desk.

Stunning position with beautiful views in every direction. Suite was extremely comfortable and spacious , ideal for a nine day stay
Very much geared for outside terraces to have drinks. When weather was not suitable, the bar areas indoors are very limited.

missingWrote a review on 20 Octfire alarm disruptionspoor cleanliness
I was appalled at the lack of response from the staff regarding the fire alarm issues. The incessant noise disrupted my sleep multiple times, and no one bothered to check on us afterward. On top of that, the facilities were badly maintained, especially the saunas that were inconveniently unavailable during the day. I felt misled by the hotel's advertised beach, clearly not usable with sunbeds. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The entire experience was a nightmare.

Our stay at the Hotel Ariston was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a Luxury Suite with Sea View and was absolutely what we expected. Suite is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped. Definitely recommend this Hotel and will stay here again. Thank you Antonio (Bellboy) and Tatiana ( Waitress) for your great service.

Very good location, seaside, but also "park-like" with a lot of nice Pine-trees and green vegetation. Relaxing environment. Not faar and easy to to with bus to old town Dubrovnik. Very good beds! Very good resturant, also other resturants in walking distance from the Hotel.

Great value. Even better value when the manager through in a free dinner on both nights after we told him that our flight had been cancelled due to the ash... which was the second time in 3 weeks that we could not get home due to the ash! Buffet dinner was pretty good... must go early though to get fresh food. Staff were very pleasnt to deal with and could not have done more for us. We felt very welcome at Hotell Ariston. Nice swimming places in the sea with flat spaces for sun loungers. There are also nice swimming pools and a beach bar. All in all a very good hotel.
The nearest shop is about 15 minutes walk away. Bottled water and wine at the hotel are relatively expensive. The hotel is a fair treck to the old town (we walked it.... only once!), but there is a very good public bus service which goes from directly in front of the hotel to the old town, Lapa and main bus station.

Free internet use. Very clean. Lovely pools. Location - away from town but easily accessible via the No 6 bus..
We were surprised to find that although there is a kettle in the rooms, that tea and coffee were only supplied as a Welcome Pack on the first day and not replenished each day in the rooms as a matter of course.

Amazing sea view from room's wide window. Large, clean rooms.Well-designed interior and public space. Nice private beach made inside rocks with swimming pools. Silent "countryside" location in 15-min direct bus-connection to Dubrovnik's old city
